Is there a monthly magazine published just for the slot car hobbiest? And if so, what is there web address?

I've been looking at the newsstands in my area, but I think i'm in the wrong state to find anything like this.

I saw a slot car magazine at my local hobby shop, but it was all black and white and all I seen in it was race results from different leagues, all 1/24 or 1/32, no HO.
