It seems that I must remove the clutch to get to the starter ass'y so I can replace the cord. The clutch has an "Off" arrow, but I suspect that it is pressed on. Any guidance on how to get to the starter. All I want to do is replace a frayed cord.

The clutch is screwed on to the crankshaft.
