That will be my next radio if ever I need one after my 3PK that is also equipped with the Spektrum DSM system. But, if money is no object....I will have to go with Nomadio Sensor with buit-in telemetry sensors at a little bit over $500 is a bit pricey for radio system. Just my 2 cents

We have sold a lot of these radios and they are an excellent bargain. Basic computer radio, two servos, receiver, Spektrum technology built in, all for under $200! Awesome deal!

Jake,
Not sure if you are familar with the lower line of JR radios like the old X2 and the newer XR3i, but the Spektrum radio pretty much look similar and have most of the same functions. For a new beginner racer I think it would work well. Once you get more experienced you would probably want to upgrade to a higher end radio to get the most benefit with settings, etc

eric,
Im looking around at other radios because eventually i might need another radio but i really wanna get the spectrum system. So i figured that radio might be a good one to step up to soon.
