Hey im new to the world of r/c. Which car should i get i want 1/10 scale, electric, stadium truck for 150-175. I was looking at the rustler is it any good? what do you recomend?

If you have any intentions of racing....I would get either the Team Losi xxxtmf2 or the Team Associated T4.... I prefer the Losi truck but you might want to see what most locals are racing.

Like he said those two trucks are very good, I race the MF2, but if you are looking for a truck in the 150-175 range the duratrax evader is also a good truck, its made very close to the earlier losi trucks but the durability is not the greatest. :rolleyes:
If you can go a little higher about the 240 range and get the new xxxt RTR sport 2, it comes with a JR radio system and metal gear servo, and novak ESC, very good quality electronics and very durable.

Go with a Losi. I see that you have a price range, so look for a MF1. That is still a good truck

YEA, i agree losi all the way, and u can get a mf1 for about 100 to 125 as a roller.

You could even go RTR (ready to run). You will get almost everything you need to go racing. Find a good charger and good batteries and you be fine. Losi makes good RTR kits, they just don't have a the hop-up parts, but you really don't need them right away.

You get what you pay for...If the Losi was out of my price range I would save for it. The Rustler is not worth it.

team losi is the way to go, if you are looking for something just to play with go with an evader st, i've had mine for 2 years now and only broke 2 parts (1 by running into a mailbox :freak: ) but if racing look for a xxx-t worth your money
