Look, our last thread got taken down, alot of it was cuz people where fighting.
Please, let's not carry that over to this one. if ANYONE has a problem with someone, e-mail them or PM them. Let's not litter the thread with that kind of posts. It just makes our track look bad when other people on Hobby Talk look at our thread. We all want our hobby to grow, as well as our track.

From here on out, let's talk tech, batteries, or set-ups, not bash people.

I will also take the responsibility of getting the list of Mains results and Point Series from Chris, and posting them here.

Lets all have a good time at the track, and here on Hobby Talk.

Yes, you are right Marty. We had 70+ people show up. That is GREAT! That is why we need a thread for our track that show people that our track is for real. Also, we need it for people that want to come to our track to race. We will turn someone away if they read all the bashing of people on here. Who whats that? I don't! I would love to see us one day get 100+ racers to show up! That would be great!

What is a good starting gas truck setup for this track (tires, shocks). Running a Losi XXXNT. Any help would be great!

I run electric truck, but I bet the tires would hook up for both. I am using Red IFMAR Pins. For shocks, I don't know if it would work for you, but I am at Reds in the back, and Orange in the front. 35 oil all the way around. Hope it helps out.

Yeah there racing Saturday. The track will be changed either next week or the week after.

Yeah, like Mark said, we are going to do a track change next Saturday. I am sure that Chris or Bill will talk about it this Saturday. We need all the people we can get. If anyone can help, that would be great, we could do it in a couple of hours. Thanks.

Well ,what a day of racing. It seems that team short bus did rather well in the first points series this summer. Jerry "showfield" took home a 3rd place in stockTruck. Wayne Gerber was first. and I Marty Mangione placed 2nd in the stock buggy class. Ron Whitmer took the #1 spot.I`ll get you next time Ron.Thanks to Chris for the pizza and the great track conditions today. Traction was sick. I think everybody had a great time. Lets here it for Regan Raceway and R/C hobbies.Thanks again. NOW on to short bus business.We would like to welcome Tom Barrett to Team Short Bus. Tom runs at The Gate in the Touring car class. I would like to apologize to Chris and his wife who run Regan Park Raceway and to anyone who may have refrained from signing on to the chat room or coming out to the raceway due to my actions online. I hope this can be put behind us and we can get back to enjoyable nights of racing.

Had a great time Saturday. Ate good, thanks to Chris and his wife. BIG THANKS guys. It is great that I run at a track, and the owners give back to us as much as they do. Thanks again.

I am not going to post the results from Saturday, one, I forgot to grab them, my fault, and second it was only a fun day.

Man, SOME tight racing in truck class this weekend though. The top ten was very close, it makes for a fun time.

I also want to welcome Big Tom to the ShOrT BuS as well! Before you know it, we will all be on carpet soon. "Live Fast" Brother!

Matt-I use Red up front. Off hand, I do not know what part number, but I pretty sure that they have them in stock at the hobby store.

I don't know if they are changing the track during the week or if it will be done on Saturday. At the end of the day Saturday, Chris talked about that this Saturday coming, it will be the start of a new points run. I am going to try to get ahold of him and get some info up here us.

does anyone know how the points series for 1/8 scale buggy went i was just curius where i placed (robert russo )also anyone have a good link to the traks web site ? the one i have does seem to work i mean i get to the site but i can't read the points standings you know ?
