Hello; this is my first time posting on this forum. I am a collector of the 1/64 scale MM. I recently purchased 2 cases of the new 5th Anniversary cars. One box I opened for myself and proudly displayed on my wall. The other I am keeping for my son when he is older (only 10 now).
I was wondering if anyone knows if these will be a limited run in production; that is to say only a certain amount made (ie 5000/10000/etc).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any replies.
Regards...G

i own a couple of those but according to most members of this forum they arent as valuable as one thinks since the detail on them happens to be very poor .... (specially the paint) :o
they're nice looking, dont get me wrong, but just not very "valuable"

MM keeps doing what they are doing with not putting stuff out, they won't be worth the cardboard backing they are attached to....I'm already buying more JADA stuff as it is.

Yeah, C & D is what I found, finally. I gotta say, I've heard alot of complaints about the quality of MM from the begining of thier production but with this set, they are the best I've seen to date. The paint on the blue Cobra is stunning. I would offer that the quality is markedly improved and hope it continues to get even better. Out of all the diecast I collect, the MM originals line is my favorite.

The other quality issue I have is how well the cars roll. I have a boardgame that uses 1:64 scale cars to go cruisin' through the burger joints and some of the MM cars sort of bump along when you move them. Most problems seem to relate to some type of axel alignment issues causing rubbing.
