Hello everyone.

I'm new to this group. I was hoping somebody could tell me if there is a list available anywhere showing all the JL/Playing Mantis Thunderjet 500 and X-Traction releases. I'd like to find info on when each car came out, and then what repaints were done of each and when, including the pullback cars.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think its fordcowboy with the pics, but they dont show every single car, and all the variations. but its still the best set of pictures out there.

The first Thunderjet slots came in 2002, which places the first series of pullbacks and silver chromies in 1999...a re-release with extra accents came a little later, series 2 and the gold chromies were 2000 (I think)..., in 2001, there were plans for new bodies, but they fell through. You may have seen the E-bay auctions for some of the prototypes.......an Aston Martin, Dodge Trick Truck, Black Beauty, Mach V, McClaren XLR, ....they'll probably have a couple more coming, so you can get a peek at them.

There are 3 Lightning Fest cars:
2002 - pink chrome (I swear it's light purple, or Lavender to the female posters and lurkers among us) Challenger
2003 - blue chrome Boss Mustang
2004 - green chrome Cmaro X-Traction

4 club cars:
gold chrome JLTO Cuda (rel 5 body)
black/gold Mustand 302
red chrome F&F Charger
silver chrome F&F Nissan

Silver and gold chrome Batmobiles

Slot car Johnny Chargers (orange w/ white or black stripes)
Slotcar Johnny Xtraction Cudas (orange w/ black billboards)
REH Cudas (orange w/ white billboards)

Yes they're my pictures on the glennmason site.

I wasn't going to put every variation on there b/c my wife didn't want to take the time to download all the pictures. I still don't know how to run the digital camera program on the computer. But I can take a LOT of pictures.
