Hobby Sports in Kalamazoo Michigan has just finished the new carpet track and will be running OVAL, road course and stadium.

Track: 80 X 36
Surface: Calandra Ozite
Lanes: 12 ft
Lay-out: Stanard cookie cutter, Indy stlye and D shape lay-outs planned
(oval lay-out will change each week)
Scoring: Ambrc computer scoring (personals welcome)
Point series during 05-06 season: 80.00 1st, 50.00 2nd, 25.00 3rd (Best 4 out of 5)
On site hobby shop
On site electric
Full tech inspection area
Big pit tables (limited chairs, stools)
Restrooms
bleachers for spectators

Hope to see some of you there for some great racing.

Just a suggestion - keep the oval layout the same every week. Oval guys don't like the change because you can't tell then if your car has got better or not each week.
I will definately be down to try it in November.

I would have to agree with DavZ. Oval guys [like myself] prefer to minimize variables, especially track layout. The level of competition/classes will determine individual ability so as not to get experts and novices mixed in the same class. If that is what you are trying to do by changing the layout.
Just my humble opinion. I do plan on coming down to race in K'zoo this year also.

If you wanted to rotate between maybe 2 track layouts that shouldn't be a problem. Once the racers get a set up for each track it would prolly be pretty cool. It shouldnt be more than having to change a couple springs for a pan car.
