This one is from the Muscle Machines Jesse James series. It's 1/64 scale(in theory).Looks like it would have to be shrunk to put on the smaller chassis like tjets.

Mike car guy 07-01-2005, 02:03 AM That would be SWEET!! TX Street Racer 07-01-2005, 05:41 AM Hell yeah man, I saw that van for the first time last week at Walmart and that was my first thought......a Ford Econo van on a Tjet chassis. Of course Janet said, "why would you want a slot car of that??? It's ugly" :lol I explained that sometimes even ugly vehicles can be cool.....even though the van is a Ford Or is the van a Dodge........I can't friggin remember...and dang it's early .... :freak: ParkRNDL 07-01-2005, 09:17 PM I'm pretty sure that one's a Ford. Would be very cool on a Tjet. Isn't there a Mini-Lindy of one something like that? I know Claus did a VW bus on a Tjet... and I did this one from a plastic Wal-Mart friction toy: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/rwurtz/images/boogievan09.jpg Picture a racing class of these bad boys... 4 little lunchboxes on Tjet chassis trading paint... --rick roadrner 07-01-2005, 09:46 PM rick, Tjet chassis with AFX wheels & silicone? Looks great! You might want to add some decal set to get that decal to snug up on that hinge. Dave TX Street Racer 07-01-2005, 09:52 PM I'm pretty sure that one's a Ford. Also, I just received a trade from Claus last week.....which included one of his VW Buses.....a superb piece indeed! car guy 07-01-2005, 10:09 PM Also, I just received a trade from Claus last week.....which included one of his VW Buses.....a superb piece indeed! I just pulled out some spare MB VW SpongeBob Bus & bugs, they sure look like they fit an AFX chassis. Have to wait now...my drill battery just died :( . TX Street Racer 07-01-2005, 10:27 PM I just pulled out some spare MB VW SpongeBob Bus & bugs, they sure look like they fit an AFX chassis. Have to wait now...my drill battery just died :( . Hey man, just so you know, the VW Bus that Claus has isn't cast from a Matchbox diecast....... Also his VW Bus is made to fit a Tjet chassis....not an AFX ;) car guy 07-01-2005, 10:57 PM Hey man, just so you know, the VW Bus that Claus has isn't cast from a Matchbox diecast....... Also his VW Bus is made to fit a Tjet chassis....not an AFX ;) Hey guess what, the MB Bus fits the mag. chassis, a little tight though. The Bug is too long (wheelbase wise). boss9 07-05-2005, 02:25 AM Hey there- I like Econo's! I had one--a 68/70 or something (too old to remember :freak: ) I have a bunch of the standard release slot-vans, including the TCR's and Matchbox slots. I'll get this one too, if someone picks it up and re-casts it. A great possibility! Cheers... ParkRNDL 07-05-2005, 06:49 AM rick, Tjet chassis with AFX wheels & silicone? Looks great!
