its only 1400+ sqf rancher. 3 br, 2 bth cathedral Lr, eatin kitchen and utility/washer&dryer room. i'm in the middle of painting the house(outside) hopefully put it on the market later this year or next spring

I knew a guy in San Diego, sold his house and paid CASH for a Lakeside home in the Carolina's last year.

i wish it was just easy to just move up to the mountains without the hastle of relocating the family. my wife likes it there but she doesnt want to leave her family and friends. i could care less but i do like her parents.
