Can anyone tell what these two cars are, they are Tyco but I have not been able to identify them yet.. I think they are 962's

No definatly Tyco they came in a kit with two cross overs

Negative, Both cars with Bodies are Marchon form a big set like I have in my attic.
The chassis is obviously Tyco narrow 440 x2.

The Tyco Miata's came in a twin pack with 2 crossovers, so maybe you got a package with the Marchon's substituted for the Miata's.

Anyway, they are Marchon MR1 cars.

The bodies ARE Marchon, Dave. I have both of them here infront of me. The transparent bands across the rear will light up. My cars have 2 bulbs.(front & rear) Also, check the body mounts. One is wider than the other. A dead give-away for a marchon. :)

I have those Marchons too... got the whole Marchon Grand Nationals set at a thrift store for 5 bucks. Another time I got a Tyco California GT set at a yard sale, but it didn't have the correct Budweiser/Camel Datsuns with it--it had about 4 Tyco Corvettes and 2 Marchon Firebirds. Ya never know what people are gonna throw together in a box of "old toys"...

I have these 2 cars as well, and they are Marchon. I also have 2 new extra chassis that will fit these cars. You will just need to get the lights to complete the original package. I will sell the Marchon chassis for $10 each plus shipping. Let me know if you want a photo.

I think they are 962's...

On that note, those Marchon bodies look more like Jaguars. The Tyco cars on the crossover set were 962 C's.
