I am looking for 1/43rd scale VW Beetle old and/or new styles to make into a slot car. Do any of you have anything or know where I can look besides ebay?

Try walmart.They have thew Johnny lightning Herbie series that is about 1/43 and it has both Old and new Beetles

Thanks for the lead Nightsky. I picked a couple up yesterday. They are too big for 1/43rd, but cool anyway. And I may be able to get a resin caster to shrink them to 1/43rd.

Actually if I can get them in 1/43rd or "O" scale, with their instruments, amplifiers and stuff I can build an outdoor stage and set up an outdoor concert scene in my track's infield.
