anybody know if novak shuts down there e-mail server on the weekend? I tried to e-mail them with a technical question and it keeps coing back as undelivarable. Might just have to try and find the time to call on monday.

i am not sure about the email thing but i think it would be better to call them. what is your trouble? maybe we can help?

others have had problems also, not sure of what it is. try calling them. it might be your server that they dont recognize, just a thought.
