The Car models is a 1971 Ferrari 312 B2 Driven by Jackie Ickx ( I think if not it was Clay Riggazoni) Piece of Junk won one race came in third twice...
As for when the Diecast was mode no idea what so ever but maybe that little bit of useless trivia will help you find out.. lol...

It's actually a battery-operated toy. I posted a similar question a couple weeks ago in the Diecast forums, but I mentioned in the thread title that it's a remote-controlled toy and someone moved it to the R/C forum... never mind that I stated clearly that it's a WIRED remote and NOT a radio-controlled car. I actually posted it on Fleabay today with a pretty detailed description after I asked this question; here's the link:
