The owner just opened up about 6 months ago. Its on 20th and cranberry st. in erie pa. If you have any question's that aren't answered on his website don't hesitate to ask here. I'm just a local there who would like to see more people show up. They race on friday nights. The class's lately that everybody runs is mod truck and mod buggy. He also runs nitro indoors.

Please check out this thread (http://www.eriercraceway.com/wwforum2/forum_posts.asp?TID=128&PN=1) on the ErieRc raceway forums for some of the upgrades that have been implemented over the past few months. Some of the upgrages included a onsite hobbyshop and a offroad carpet 1/18th track.

The racing is fast and fun. Off road 10th buggy, off road 18th and carpet oval are my favorites! The carpet oval is fast contrary to what people might think, fully capable of 25mph speeds from pan cars, touring cars and 18th's if your mini can stack up!

Come on out and give it a try you won't be disappointed.

covell2, I guess I should be a little more clear I was in a rush yesterday and didn't explain that on friday nights the oval track is converted into a carpeted mini-t off-road track.

Well I hope to meet you today at Jefferson! I found someone to watch the track for me today and i'm going to finally get to come over to Jefferson.

Hope you guys can save last place for me:-)

I went, I lost (12th out 14, 2nd in the C), and I had great time. Everyone there that I got to meet was really cool! I can't wait to see everybody again when they come to ERCR. Maybe I'll do a little better at the home track, doughtful though those guys are pretty fast.

Well had 6 mini's with late model bodies circling the oval this sunday as well as 4 touring cars, at different times of course. The Mini's were definately cool! Got beat with one of my own rentals!

Friday night the 23rd will be a big night all, hope you all can join the fun. A group from the jefferson ohio track will be here. Most of the locals will be here to. Should be a good time. Remember Friday is off road racing night. The offroad setup for the Mini's will setup on the carpet oval so bring your 18th scale off road cars. Though rubber tires are permitted for 18th scale on the carpet, foam tires are highly recommended. If you don't have an 18th scale and want to try it our Erie RC Raceway has 2 (maybe 3 if the technical difficulties can be worked out) Losi Mini-T trucks for rent. For more information see www.eriercraceway.com

A new layout is in place for this weekend. The back section now has a 9ft wall ride. This is got to be the coolest obstacle I have ever driven on. At the top its almost vert and the cars stay stuck to it like glue. As you can see nitros where handling the wall just one of the included pics is a stock t-maxx. Word is that the 12th scale turn out for the road course should be 7-8 guys this weekend. Which is pretty cool since the 12th is non-existent in this area.

You can get the rest of the pics of the wall ride here:

http://www.eriercraceway.com/pictures.htm

The overall dimensions are 16' wide and 12' long and you can ride right to the ceiling which is 9' or 10' up!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to race it Friday!!!!!!!!!
