They're pretty much a lowered, hopped-up Tuff-Ones car that has a lower center of gravity, and a hint of magnetic downforce..........which offers better handling in the corners. stew22 06-16-2005, 06:19 PM so $60 is good for 12 of the cars? SCJ 06-16-2005, 07:03 PM Do it...they suggested retail at $14.95 per car. ---------------------------------- www.SlotCarJohnnies.com roadrner 06-16-2005, 08:44 PM YES! If you don't want them, I'll take a $60.00 inner. rr stew22 06-16-2005, 09:39 PM $60 for the fast and the furious 2 set. but i actually got the cars i really wanted off of e-bay just now. $50 for 12 http://i17.ebayimg.com/03/i/02/47/87/0a_1_b.JPG pm me if you want the link for those F&F cars  i'm happy to get that dodge truck. just wish it was the new body style w/ 4 door car guy 06-16-2005, 11:08 PM You can get the F&F for less than 60., more like 40.-45. AfxToo 06-16-2005, 11:51 PM stew22, the XTs are very nice overall, although you will have to tweak on that particular set to get them to run well right out of the box. Those are the first release and they needed some fine tuning. No big deal, lots of folks on this board can give you the low down on tweaking them. I really like the R1 bodies, especially the Nomads and Mustang. The later releases are better running right out of the box, especially the "Mopar or No Car" set. The Fast & Furious sets are a great deal, well worth the low price even if you don't like tuner cars. I really like the tuners. They make great race bodies. stew22 06-17-2005, 12:01 AM whats the "no car" set? i really like the 70 chevelle body. that was actually the very first car i owned when i first started driving. 350 power glide......oh the memories.... car guy 06-17-2005, 12:13 AM whats the "no car" set? "Mopar or no car", it's also in their die cast line. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
