got it for my b-day about 8 years ago ( i wasnt into serious die cast collecting so i considered it to be crap ) :D

To try and answer your question, I think "vintage" in this case refers to cars made in the 60's & 70's.

It came in a very crappy red box who reads "Superior quality models" (made in italy) which appears to be quite similar to what was also known as BANG models ... i couldnt tell what year it was made but i thank you for clarifying the "vintage" concept for me ... :thumbsup: and thank you for the comment on the model as well :)
