Ran my mower with no problem, and after emptying the bag....Couldn't get it to start! I cleaned the Carb, have spark, fuel flows, flywheel key is OK. Where do I need to look to get it going again?

this model should have a diapragm carb, try a new diapragm if its of age. also try a little gas first down the carbs throat and see if it will start, if it does. its a fuel problem for sure.

Thanks for the suggestion. I took the valve cover off, and found the seat on one of the valves was out. (No compression) Tapped it back in, and started right up. I know it went in too easy, and will need to replace, but it will buy me some time to shop for a new mower.

hmm, yeah that would cause it too. well those 3.5's can take some hell and abuse... it may last you a long time.
