I am running a carpet knife in 19T, and it seems like no matter what motor or gear i put in my car, I am always a dog off the corners. My car is great otherwise. I dont know if its just a slow chassis or if i am setting up something wrong. any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Oval Racing !!!

Best thing is just to experiment with diff tire combos and different springs, etc
each car is diff so what works for a Hyperdrive or what works for a KSG might not work for your car.

Most of the time my car is sluggish off the turns I am too soft up front spring wise or in the rear.
what kind of track are you running on?

I am running on a flat oval, short track style. Im running whites in the rear and blacks up front, red side springs in the rear, a white wolfe on the left front and a green wolfe on the right.

If the track is tight and small:

** Try going to a softer LF tire, if you run Jaco try a Grey if you run another brand go with a White.

** Try Red Front springs, With motor and batt in the car about .020 to .040 sag in LF spring and no sag in the RF

** The Red Rears springs should be ok

** Try A Grey RR tire, Leave the White LR for now,

Chris,

You may want to check your speed control set-up. Check your high speed as well as your punch control setting.

Just my two cents.

I think your rear tires are way to soft try a black on the RR and a WHite and the left rear
