What is the correct gap for the spark plug on the SuzukiVMH7 on the older Toro lawn mowers? What else would cause a weak spark. I gapped the magneto with a one dollar bill. It was close anyway.

For general informaiton, This is a 1988 model and must have been sitting for a long while. There is little wear and it is surprisingly clean but the piston was frozen(stuck) in the cylinder. I got it free but I think that the rings are stuck because it smokes pretty bad when it runs. Does anyone have a suggestion for freeing the rings without tearing down the engine? bugman 05-25-2005, 07:45 PM i'd rebuild it anyway if the piston was stuck..... either that or replace it. jrwojcik 05-25-2005, 08:15 PM OK thanks. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
