Hyper As you probably know you can't do anything to the brush as far as holes, slots, or serations but i"m told you can use a serator to contor the brush to the arm. You have to break in the brushs so there is no serations left. As stated in your other post dipping the motor in water will speed up the proccess and seat the brushes yery well. I havn't seen any in a while but somebody use to make a contoring tool just like a serrator but it cut a full face with no serrations. Just remember your motors are not going to draw a lot of amps or rpms. I think you are going to really have your chasis tuned now so if your having problems be sure to ask around. I'm sure a lot of the fast guys will be glad to help out.

Don't worry about baking, frying, toasting. or broiling them. Just break them in so you have full wrap around of the brush. Motor is probably only good for 10%. Chasis set up and driving ability will account for the rest. Like it's been said before practice, practice, practice, ask questions and practice some more. Too many drivers worry motor and knot the car. Just remember everybody else is running the same brush.
