My edger is about three years old and has alway had an inconsistant HP output. You know, high, low, high, low... Now, I have to prime the carb about every 10 seconds after startup and continue this for 2 to 3 minutes until it warms up. The motor will run OK then but this routine gets longer every season. What should I do?

what engine does it use?? could be a possible clog in the carb. and i hope you always used stabilizer..... it could be gummed if you didn't.
