I have a Rc10T3 and a P2K2 Pro stock motor, is it possible to make it do wheelies? If so what gearing should I try.

Yes, but...you will need a very small pinnion, say a 12 tooth or so but you top end speed will be really low.
you will also need the right tires on the right surface.
a pair of slicks on sand will never wheely, a pair of agressive knobbys in moist dirt will wheely nice.
you would be better off getting a mod motor like an 8x1 though.
