Watcha think? It's not done yet. Still needs some finishing touches like the headlights and a new decal stripe on the other side. (Broke into 3 pieces) This one was a tough sucker! Since I made it a Targa, I didn't think of how weak the front pillars would be, so when I put the front glass in, SNAP!! http://forums.hobbytalk.com/images/smilies/drunk.gif

The first pic above shows the rear glass w/ jb weld. Looks horrible, but the glass was a pain to fit in.

That looks good. I broke the A pillar on the Firebird convertable that I did too. I used Testor's metal glue to repair it and also to install the "glass". It hasn't come off yet. I also had one of the "HO" stripe decals break on another car and it took quite a while to line it up just right again. I have found that you can't have too much water when it comes to decals, at least until they need to stay in one place. Anyway, nice job and nice paint too. That is an interesting color.

I'll think about, Swifty. See if it can be done. I did want to try that rusty paint stuff. ;)
Thanks for the tip Dipstick, that should work just fine.

Nice job Porsche. I'm liking that color. What did ya fill the hood in with?

JB Weld. Sanded the begeezes out of it, then filled in any imperfections with glazing putty.
The color is Testors Lime Gold in spray can.
