I have an ariens rear tine tiller with a Tecumseh H50 on it. the problem I am having is when the motor gets warmed up oil comes out of the breather tube on the side of the motor. I am using sae 30 oil in it, that is what the manual call for. the oil level shows good on the dip stick. so I am going nuts trying to figure out what is wrong with it, anybody on here have any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a bad breather on the motor. Go ahead and pull it off to make sure it isn't gummed up or stuck in place.

the breather was fine I also replaced the gaskets because they were broke. it is still spiting oil out of the breather tube. this problem is driving me nuts because i have been fighting it for two years. my father thinks it is the rings that have gone bad but i don't think so. anybody have any other ideas?

well even though they look fine, they can still be bad.

sound like a good plan i will go and order a new breather and put it in and give that a try.
