While looking at Mac's Little Car's "New Just In" section I noticed that Rob quickly sold his stock of Mopars, some of the street freaks, and the Ford 10 pack while the Gold series muscle cars appear to not be selling as well (judging by his quanity levels). I love the detail on these cars, they are just beautiful, and would prefer to have them over the regular cars. So, whats the deal? Do some of you not like them, or chose not to collect them? Or is this just an isolated aberration?

I am not sure that those cars are new. Maybe he just got them in but I bought the Mustang 'bout month and a half back. They are great cars.

yeah, that might be it. I just noticed the packaging still has the Playing Mantis logo on it.

Yeah, package says 2003. Dang. My diecast collecting was underdeveloped these past years from the lack of stuff available at the WM's and TRU by me. Had I not found this website how much more stuff would I have never seen?

I love the Gold series cars and you can't go wrong with them at that price! Like everybody else said they are a few years old so most of the diehard collectors who wanted them already have them. Now if you've just started collecting, adding these to your stable would be a great addition.

They are a few years old.. we had been sold out and were able to get some more, so I put them in the NEW! JUST IN! area so customers looking for them would know. They are excellent cars, the whole release and in the keeper pack also.

I like your "New, Just In "section. Makes it easier to do a quick check to see if anything new is out.

I bought 2 sets of those great cars when they came out . I was dissapointed when future releases were cancelled . They were supposed to do a 50's set next .

Thanks for the new site features! Just wish the cars would stay around long enough for me to order them!!!
