I have a mower with a briggs & stratton 4.5hp engine. I haven't started it yet this year. After pressing to "gas bulb" three times and pulling the starter cord the engine turns over for one to two seconds and then stops. I took off the gas tank and cleaned it. All of the screens are clean going to the carb. The old spark plug was a bit nasty so I replaced it. I also cleaned the plug wire connector. It continues to turn over for a second and then dies. Any ideas?
