Woo Hoo, Kerry came from 34 starting position to finish fifth in todays busch race! He was in second contending for the win on the last lap when he tried a move for first it didn't work and he got shuffled back to fifth (missed forth by .001 of a second!)

Part of me wished he had stayed in line and took second but another part of me was glad to see him be aggressive, if Jon Wood had gone with him he might have gotten his win.

But he'll have many more chances for that, Braun racing will be making an announcement next weekend that they will be running a second car,driven by Kerry Earnhardt! Who woulda ever thunk it Kerry & Shane Hmiel team mates, that ought to be interesting!

I'm seeing good things for this boy in the future! Maybe the world will finally know that Dale Earnhardt had another son besides Jr.

Good for Kerry! And Dale Senior never won any races by staying in second on the last lap, either.

Was a good race and glad to see him get the great finish. I think the majority of earnhardt fans and even Dale Jr wanted him to win. Those DEI engines as a whole run great at the track :cool:

I'm becoming a fan of the Busch series more and more. Its more competitive, interesting, and doesnt have the drama of the Cup series.

But Pony, dont worry, plenty of people know about Kerry :thumbsup:
