ok so it wil leak once and a while from the bottom theres like a drain hole and if u hit the primer gas comes out the bottom as well the float dont stick and i just recently cleaned the carb and the float did not have anything it it but is there supposed to be a small drain hole in the bottom or did it it get dinged

Sounds like you may have forgotten to reinstall the gasket on the bolt that holds the bowl on.

yeah or its just needs replacing, or has been damaged.
