I'm getting into rc off road RACING. I am wondering if I will have to put a ton of money into an rc10 gt to equal the performance of the adam drake.
I know nothing. also do i need to buy a killer motor if I buy one or if I buy it used here is the os .12 or .15 fine for racing. Basically I am wondering if the admam drake one or 2 is worth all that money. Or will I eventually be spending that money on hop up parts to "go faster" with the gt. Thanks in advance for your input.

Both are competitive out of the box without hop ups. Controlling the truck is what will win races, not all out speed. For the most part they more power then you can put down on the track anyways.

Thanks Hank, I was shying away from the gt but I like to work and upgrade my own stuff. So if a GT can keep up with the losi, I think I would have more fun upgrading the gt.
