Thanks!. It's time for a trip to the 2 HL's around the North part of town near me.

I finally plunked down my $20 and picked up one of the 5th Anniv MM sets. They seem to be moving very slowly at HL. Decided to pass on the James Dean set.
Other than that I haven't seen anything new in MM for awhile, has anyone else?

Nothing new from MM around here either. I was big into MM for quite a while but whatever production snafu's they are going through is driving me crazy. I'm tired of seeing the same old MM stuff in the stores around here.

I don't have any Hobby Lobby stores around me here in Va. But I would sure like to get one of those anniversary sets. Anybody going to HL anytime soon?

Just one? There's a HL up north that I haven't visited for awhile. I could use picking up a 5th anniv set for you as an excuse go over there. (I usually visit the one that's about 5-10 minutes from my house.)

That was what they were priced at. There is a sticker that says 19.99 on the back. Looks like a price tag from MM. HL put their price tag right on top of the see thru plastic. I was tempted to get another at that price. I am really enjoying this set.

Hey SouthernYankee, does your HL still have these badboys at the $10.00 price? If so, I would like to get an extra set for my 7 year old. I think you lucked out with a pricing error. I've been watching these sets at different HL's when I happen to be there and they have always been 19.99.
I even had a road trip out of town and visited a couple of other HL's and they all had the sets at 19.99. Get 'em while you can.

I think you are right because the other HL's here in Birmingham, AL are priced at $19.99, but one of the HL's here has them priced at $9.99. I couldn't pass that up. I picked one up for myself and Plankowner. They had a few left and that was about 2 1/2weeks ago. I'm sure they are gone by now at that price. I really like this set of MM's. Some of my favorites in my collection.
