Looking to get feedback on good set-ups for the M.F. 2 truck - stock racing.

Track to be run at is average on all aspects - straights, turns, jumps, etc. Need a all around set-up and what to change in what conditions - I know they react differently to different conditions.

Post gearing, shock set-ups, tires, and anything else that may be important.

I mostly have run AE gear but switched over and need some guidance.

Thanx

On carpet i use blue springs in front, silver in back, with 50wt in rear and 70wt in front.

On Dirt I use Orange springs in front with Yellow in rear with 40wt all around.

We've tried some things and usually go back to the stock setup in the manual. If your track is rough you would need to change though.

Thanks guys.

Just picked up a bk2 buggy loaded so I get to tune it also. Seems as if Losi's are alot easier to tune than AE.

Track looks to be really smooth and close to blue groove, they maintain it very well here.

Average isn't a term used in track conditions. It's a relative term and changes with everything.

Try Losi's website and read their setup tips, look at the manual for the car you purchase and read those tips. Or, try something and see what happens!

Disagree.

And have done that.

Was asking for peoples opinions and favorite set-ups.

Ayone else have any set-ups they like to share?

Just went there and that is an excellent site. Lots of information and what I was looking for!!!

Recommend to anyone running losi gear, on-road and off-road!
