Is there ANY interest in Oval Velodrome racing in the TORONTO area?

I got an email from a guy who said he runs a velodrome in that area and is interested in R/C Car racing at the INDOOR Velo.

I can put someone in touch w/ him if there is interest...

is it a wood velo?

I don't know what type of velo it is other than the gentleman who contacted me said that it IS indoors. Most of the Indoor ones I've seen are wood...(HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE...)

Hi Joe, I operate a velodrome in London Ontario, Canada. I saw that you
put races on at the Encino Velodrome in CA. I would be interested in
talking to someone in this area ( Toronto ) to see if there would be an
opportunity to promote races at our indoor Velodrome. If possible please

As a VELO racer I love seeing the possibility of a NEW velo in the R/C World.

Our VELO in Southern California just went through a face lift and has been resurfaced and had bumps removed. The new surface is some type of a Polimer that is supposed to be awesome. I can't wait to get there in July (Or sooner, if possible) to run on it.

You mean we wouldn't have to worry about weather.It is fun watching funnel clouds fly by at the Velodrome in Indy.

Last time I went to INDY it rained and all the tents were flying around the track ......SRM
