If they are offroad tires. I use acetone. You can put the tires in a shallow pan and just pour enough in until the liquid is about halfway up the outside of the tire.Let them soak for an hour or two then turn them over and let them soak again. In an hour or two mabe longer they will flop right off the rims.Or you can cut the rubber right up to the top on the rims.It works a lil faster that way.The stuff is real flammable take care .It sells for about 5 bucks.I just did four sets with one can. Also get some simplegreen from the auto parts and a shallow tuppereware type pan and a soft flat brush.Lay the brush in the bottom of the pan.Fill the pan up to the top of the brush.Spray the brush with simple green and rotate the tire against the brush tires mounted and glued to rims of course. It will clean them like new and also will make them a lil sticky
