The South-West Tour OVAL SERIES out here in California has had a great start to the 2005 season.

Race 1 was held back in February on the High Banked ENCINO VELODROME for our "DAYTONA" kick off to the season. 50+ entries and some awesome racing...can't wait to get back on this track now that the track been resurfaced.

Race 2 was moved back one week due to rains, but once things cleared up the crew hit the track at RACER'S HAVEN RACEWAY in Bakersfield CA. Their little track was DIALED for some AWESOME Night racing. Thanks to KENNY COLLINS (KC RACING) for laying down some slider boards in the corners, this helped make the racing really cool.

Now it's time to head out for Race 3. Camarillo's FREEDOM Park Raceway is where the drivers will meet up for this months event. Hosted by the VENTURA ROAR RUNNERS R/C CLUB, the TOUR is surely going to have another great event.

Well the 2006 season has started and we ran our first race in Arroyo Grande, CA. What a great time it was and the drive was only a little over 3 hours away. Next race will be held at The Encino Velodrome, with roughly 900' drive line and 27 degrees of banking you can expect to hit 60+ in stock and 70's in the 19t and mod...

Thanks Joe for all the support you have given oval racing here on the West Coast for so many years.
