Can anyone confirm that SPEKTRUM is approved for use by the major sanctioning bodies such as ROAR, NORRCA etc. Although it was mention in the literature that came with it. Reason I asked was, I was at a weekend race saturday. I was informed by the race director that Spektrum is only good for weekend "club " races and not for major races such as Region races or Nats. Iam hoping that somebody from SPECKTRUM/Horizon or ROAR/NORRCA etc..can show us a copy of the approval letters or point us anywhere in the rule book where it is mention as such that DSM~2.4 ghz is legal frequency for surface use , this will elliminate any confusions.

Thanx Hank......I'll bring my rule book with me all the time from now on....that way, I have something to fall back to and verify. BTW...what about NORRCA......I'm not a member of that organization and I don't have a rule book. Do you think you can check with ARCOR too(i'm a memebr of them as well but can't seem to find their rule book).

You may have to print out the proper pages from the on-line version as I am not sure that change was included in the printed version. There are NORRCA and ARCOR forums here where you could ask.

We have a new site that should be launched in the very near future. Keep up to date by looking for a connecting link from the old site.
