Not sure if I can get a good answer to this... but I was wondering... What's the likely hood of someone comming out with a new car in the next 6 to 9 months or so?

Anyone got the scoop on any new oval car designs? If so, tell us about it/them.

I think Hyperdrive is working on a new Pro3. Not sure if they have any idea for a release date though.

The Maverick solid chassis design is complete, and parts are being cut. They should be available in the next few weeks. The '05 slider version is currently available.

Some prefer solid on banked tracks.

Some tracks like BMS a solid car is the way to go.

Also, the solid is going to have slightly different front track measurements and some other minor changes, in talking to Ozzie the solid will be more for Banked/Pavement racing where the slider is more for carpet/flat racing. Either car will be fast in the right hands, just another option to fit the car to different driving styles.

Personally I don't think it makes one bit of difference,I've seen both sliders and solids be very fast on pavement.

So... it would seem I might have been better off to ask... "Who's NOT comming out with a new car soon?" :) Seems like the choices will be many... perticularly if your wanting a 12th scale car.
