Hi Everyone,
Tickets are now on sale for Wild Weekend 5... It's the Original East Coast convention, and still the best! Wild Weekend 5 is being held from July 7-10 at the beautiful Hartford/Windsor Marriott in Windsor, CT. It is a fun-filled event for collectors of all brands. We welcome Muscle Machines, Hot Wheels, Jada, Johnny Lightning, Matchbox and RC2 collectors to come and meet fellow enthusiasts from all around the country — and even the world! Wild Weeknd 5 will feature a charity Texas Hold'em Tournament, an Industry Icons dinner event (featuring Hot Wheels designer Ed "Low Boyz" Newton), a world-record attempt at the longest die-cast race track, a ladies-only event, a Cobra-exclusive car show, the chance to win a real Cobra kit car, a huge toy show on Sunday, video-interactive downhill racing (you gotta see this!) and many yet-to-be-announced surprises. This year's convention car is a factory-produced new for 2005 Cobra! And we haven't forgotten the Hot Wheels collectors... we are also producing a Code 3 Classics Series event car (casting as yet to be determined). I've attended all the previous Wild Weekend events, and each one has been a great collecting experience, and a lot of fun. Collectors conventions are not just for the Hot Wheels crowd anymore! There will also be room-to-room trading, a charity auction of one-of-a-kind diecast pieces and more! Tickets are $50.00 per person, and Wild Weekend is the first area convention to offer a Family Package (unlimited family members) for only $75.00! This allows collectors who want to bring their families the opportunity to attend without breaking the bank! WIld Weekend is also offering discount ticket prices before April 30! Visit www.wildweekend5.com for tickets or more info, or email me at sixty3feulie@netscape.net. Hope to see you all in July!
