Many of us use an EZ-Up Awning to pit under when racing. I don't know about you but I find that as the day goes on the sun seems to sneak around to where I have move my table around to stay out of it.

I normally take a tarp with me that I can wrap around the sides to keep out the sun. Some also have bought sides that are custom made for their EZ-Up.

I have found the perfect substitution for canvas walls. These are made from knitted sun-shade fabric so you can see through it but it keeps the sun and wind off of you and it will stop light rain from blowing into your pit area.

I just got mine and it is really quality material, heavyduty and should work perfectly. You can have them custom made any size you want with grommets every foot on the border. The one I got was 10' x 6' and was a tad under $50 shipped.

Take a look at http://www.thenaturalhome.com/shadecloth.htm towards the bottom of the page for Black Knitted Custom Sized Shade Netting. I got the 90% shade factor but 80% should work fine too and be a little less expensive. No, I don't have any type of affiliation with them... just thought it might be something useful.

Reflecta-mesh...
It's the best thing going. Air will move through it, you can see through it, and it reflects the suns rays, so it's a ton cooler.
I can get an address if someone needs it.
