Here is a "one-off" Toy Show mockup of a proposed Nascar Automent car with packaging. Mockups such as this were made up by Johnny Lighting's graphics arts designers as proposals for Toy Shows

This one is hand-made, with a lightweight (not metal) mockup of 1/43 scale Dale Earnhart's famed black #3 Mr. Goodwrench Monte Carlo as a Christmas Tree ornament. It is in excellent condition, having been stored in PM's product development archives all these years. A letter of authentication provided with this piece from Tom Lowe this piece tells more of the story of Playing Mantis and Johnny Lightning

I've seen other Christmas tree ornaments with cars on them. I actually bought 4 or 5 1:64 plastic Christmas tree ornament cars and converted then to run on Tyco chassis. The decals are better than most slots - except for the fact that the side of the car you can't see on the ornament has no decals at all.
