This was alot of fun to make. I took a JL 67 Corvette convertable and decided to go topless. I got the top off, cut away the windshield, and test fit it back on the body. It looked pretty good so far, so I scavenged a boot from a JL Mustang. I knew I was getting there, but I couldnt stand the gaping hole where the interior should be, so I decided to use the interior/driver from a JL X-traction 57 Vette. I hacked it out and trimmed it to fit, detailed the driver a bit. It had to be thinned alot, and it still hits the chassis, so it dosent sit real low like it should. I shot the car with purple metalflake, detailed the grill, tail lights, and fuel filler, and glued on the windshield, interior, boot, and chrome peices. Not a bad project for a few hours work.

Hi Joe, glad to see the puters finally up and running. Pics like those always make me want to start chopping cars into customs (but thats exactly what I do, chop)

Joe, I am on Route 66, tunes are blasting, wind is rushing, and the sun is shining... Great job on the little bugger.
Sethndaddy, I call it the OS syndrome. Every time the cutting wheel gets near a body, (Oh S--T slipped again) LOL

Nice job! I bought an extra box of the bowties just so I could cut some roofs off. They look so good lowered and on a standard tjet chassis too.
