Just more of a conversation starter really. Theres a strong aftermarket resin casting presence here, but I've never seen anyone post regarding lexan style bodies. Anyone ever had any experience with these?

I got onto a site that deals mainly with dirt style cars but they're pretty much exclusively selling vac formed bodies. I'm aware of the methods for painting lexan, as I have been a 1:24 racer, so I know the complications there. Was thinking though that with good painting and good decaling that these bodies could look pretty sharp too.

Any thoughts or opinions?
Anyone know who's got good lexan bodies?

There is an aussie guy who is making Aussie bodyshells.

I have bought a few of them, and they look really cool.

I went to Sindey when I was 18 .Brought back a few cars.33 Willys holden bodied roadsters .Willys made the drive train front fenders hood hodlen did the rest. When I brougt them home no duty because they were returning to the us .I enjoyed warm beer buy the quart in the outback. Big Kevin
