You might remember this when it was red I posted it last year.:D I stripped it and spent 4 hours with the plastic polish .SMOOTH! I will be pouring these in resin in the morning .(I will post more pictures then)
The Red you now see on car is where paint bleed though and went right into the plastic. Hinge ears are cast into hood . Use a piece of brass tubing glued in place on front screw mount. Resin bodies will have to have wholes hand drill in the ears on hood .1/16 drill bit turned by hand. eazy .A piece of Johnny Lightning hold down wire is used for hinge pin.Hood fits snug and holds itself down wnet placed down .Mid wheel base tjet/jlto the ones I build to sell will have spark plug wires and hand bent headers. Check swap and sell board for buying details.
By next week the pickups will be ready too!!!
