I have a 10 hp. tecumseh snow king pushing out oil from the crankcase vent.Its not overfull with oil . Anyone have an idea?

out the vent?? do you mean the breather? most likely needs replacing if its the breather pushing oil into the carb. of if its just leaking may need tightening or new seals. doesn't matter if its overfull or half full. oil always has to pass through there anyway.

sounds like blow by , did it smoke ? could be the crank case breather , but could be the rings , could be time for a valve job , might also check the dipstick seal make sure its not gone or bad you will loose engine vacuum and the crankcase breather will not do its job "10 hp. tecumseh " good engine
