I found a red chrome chase duster but I dont know how many they made???? anyone?????

do you have a picture of it? I know on my 67 corvette chase it says xxx/500 on the bottom of it.

probably not many. 1700 is a very small run for RC2. They are getting big $.

i saw 2 of those at a tru last week and couldnt decide if i wanted to spend the money or not so i pushed one behind the other cars and decided to think about it. the 1/18th cars seem to sit around for a while so i figured i had time.then i saw your post about the one you found and it got my interest up so i went back yesterday to get one.

All of the TRU Exclusives are 1 of 1700. I've seen a couple of them and they were not chrome. The chrome chase are probably no more than 10% of the run.

yeah, thinking back i dont think the two i saw last week were chrome. i just saw one of the dusters yesterday and i think the first two i saw were the same.

I wish I could find a chrome chase car ! The couple Ive seen are regular paint editions . I bought 1 of each . Wonder if theres a blue chrome chase Chevelle ??

yep, there is a chase Chevelle. Check ebay for pics.

I was told by a TRU manager who collects, that the chase cars are part of the original 1700 made. He thinks about 200 of each of the 4 cars that are marked 1700.

I would dearly love to find a TRU Chaser!!Sadly,no TRU'S by me!But be sure to check those hobby shops!A couple weeks ago I got a Cougar Eliminator Chrome chase car.I know they are out there.....just never find any of the darn things!!
