Whenever you do a search on google or any other site you do a search my computer saves the word that I used.In other words, after that you just click the search bar a whole bunch of words(from previous searches) in a dropdown list shows up.Where is that saved on my computer?I'm using Windows 98 SE. Thanks

usually in the temporary files. just go to options and general and delete the files not the cookies. the cookies save your passwords etc. if that don't do it, do you have the google search bar. well hit the google tab right there for options and hit clear search history. on a plus side, use firefox, its free and better then IE and it already has the google search bar, not like IE but it saves space though. www.mozilla.org if you don't already have it

Thanks for the reply.I had just figured it out and what I did was I went to the content tab in IE options and the went to the auto-complete button and the pressed clear forms and it worked.I was just trying to free up some space on my hard drive and clearing about 5,000 or so saved words would help.Oh and btw I do have mozilla on my computer, forgot I had it actually. Thanks again
