If you've never been to Granby, this is the time to come and see the track. If you were there last year you know you gotta come back! The layout is only one and a half years old, the carpet is ultra fast and has an edge-of-your-seat 100 ft. race line. Plus, new this year, we run personnal transponders, so you'll never worry about forgetting to put in your transponder before each run.

This will be the last big RC race before everybody starts wrenchin' on those big cars!

Be there!

The Rock is now over and I know many of you are still suffering from lack of sleep. But there's one more big race coming up and that's the CAN-AM CHALLENGE. So you better rest up!

Who will put his name on the trophy this year next to Pace Gendron and Tony Denino, winners in the inaugural race? Who will finally break Steve Salvas' track record of 71 laps in 4:03.26 established during last year's big race? We'll know in less than 3 weeks.

If any of you want to come and practice we will be racing the next two friday nights. Doors open at noon and racing starts at 7:30 pm.

You can register by sending an email to Eric Bastille at info@ctorg.com

See you there!

2 weeks before the event and already 29 racers have signed up! We only have 40 total spots available, so that means only 11 spots left trackside. However, Eric Bastille can organize additionnal pit space in the hobby shop if needed. but we gotta know ahead of time.

So send in your registration now or you'll be pitting in the parking lot! Send it to Eric Bastille at info@ctorg.com, specify the class you'll run as well as your frequencies and your personnal transponder number if you're running one.

See ya there!

Make that 36 registrations now and that includes a rare appearance by none other than racing legend Dan Flag Drapeau! Beware of the red no. 72 with the white stripe on the bottom of the car!

As posted by Éric Bastille, Eric Salvas has confirmed his presence at the Can-Am Challenge in stock. Eric is the current track record holder in St-Roch. Although Pace Gendron won the a Main at last year's Can-Am, Eric Salvas was the fastest overall despite starting from the B.

And don't forget, we will also have the 1/12 scale "pocket rockets" on hand. Tony Denino was the class act last year as he took the TQ with a super fast 70 lap run as well as the win against Andre Boyer and Dick Jarvis.

Other "reps" from Plattsburgh such as Dan Dubuque, Jason Lavalley and a guy they call "the Professor" will also be on hand.

This will also be the last race of season in Granby, so the locals will look to make a statement as well. Ben Bouffard, current points leader with his brand new Custom Works, Alex and Joel Desmarais and all the others will want to defend their turf. Watch out for that blue and yellow no.44, he's really pumped up! :p ;)

Which brings us to a total of 40 racers. That means all the usual trackside pit tables have been booked. However we can put another handful of racers in the hobby shop. But call ahead if you haven't registered and are planning to come down, just in case...Call Eric Bastille at 450 776-3730 or email at info@ctorg.com.

See ya there!
