This is one of my good friend JoeZ's awesome resin Merc bodies. It's painted spray can lime-green, with hand painted details. The ribbon graphics on the sides are tiny die-cut vinyl decals. Joe's bodies are awesome and I wanted to do something simple so the body would show of his attention to detail, yet give it some "WOW" factor. I think the orange ribbon jumping off the lime green gets the balance just right. Now for a set of nice, classic MOON discs to finish this off right!

It looks great! All I'd do is dip it in Future to get some gloss on the windshield and protect the stripe, then put her on a chassis. :thumbsup: rr

I swear, Joe, I never thought the 51 merc would ever look better than it does as just a solid color. You have certainly made it a real eye-popper! And ORANGE too! Who would have thought that anyone else could have gotten away with using those colors together besides the JOKER in the Keaton-Batman movies! I LOVE the graphics! :thumbsup:

For those of you that were interested, I got those tiny vinyl decals at Bud's HO. I took a ride up to Bear Mountain NY from NJ one Saturday. He had a huge tupperware container full of these. Lots of different styles like flames, stripes, and bullets and lots of different colors. I will post some pics. If Bud brings them to the Parsippany Slot show in a few weeks, I'll pick them up for those that need them! And thanks for all the compliments guys!
