well all i can say is .....I had a lot of fun....got 3rd in my main :cool:
the C main ....and there were only three of us....Ant got first in his main :thumbsup: Scott did better than both of us ....he was in the B main he got hacked a little....Bigun made it to the c main also....we all had fun

When do you all race and what classes?

We have a indoor carpet oval & on-road track and also indoor off-road dirt track.
Classes we run at the carpet track are as follows:
1/10 4 cell stock truck 1/10 4 cell stock car novice and advance
1/10 6 cell bomber stock 1/10 6 cell touring stock
1/12 4 cell 19t oval 1/18 scale car

Indoor dirt off-road classes are as follows:
1/10 mod electric buggy 1/10 stock electric truck
1/10 nitro stadium truck novice and advance
Monster truck 1/18 scale electric truck
We run dirt everyother Friday Nite and carpet everyother Saturday rotating weekends.
We are having the Spring Shootout Oval & On-Road asphalt race next weekend.Then we will be back on schedule. Our webpage has a calendar.

Alright racers confirmed it with the Fun Park today we will try racing 1 of our club races each month on asphalt track. The race on April 16th will be held on asphalt. That will give us a little variety. You can check the schedule on the web site. I will not be bringing the store their on reg.races but we can make a run at intermission. Give me a cal if you have any questions. Everyone else invited to come join us.

What ya'll think about thunder tiger buying out Associated. I'm glad we were already dealing with Thunder Tiger. I really don't think anything much will change except who makes the money. I hope as far as dealer and team racer support it don't end up like Losi when they were bought out.

I think Thunder Tiger just wanted them and had the money. Maybe things will stay the same or get better because AE has been using their motors in rtr's for a while.

Anna, when is the next asphalt race? Is your regular schedule posted anywhere?

Friday is all practice from sun up until........Have lights will practice, lol We actually won't start qualifying until 1pm on Saturday. Oh yea and you can bring the house on wheels, we have plenty of room. Our racing schedule is @

AE's buyout whole purpose is to give Thinder Tiger a better rep here in the US. if TTR screws up AE they are shot here so i doubt much will change except some TTR logo's on some more of AE's stuff

but it dont bother me either way cause i only have one ae car and its not gonna be run by me anymore and my main ride the Losi XXXNT is going up for sale and being replaced by a Mugen MST-1.i am gettin away frim the whole losi vs ae in offroad atleast

and i will be at the asphalt track saturday

since Lance cancelled the O'Donnell Nats due to rain, i'll make it this weekend! :thumbsup:

no clate has his schedule setup to have fridays off to run at OSP (helps that his boss runs there and sponsors the class he races in) he has all weekend off next weekend but thats because OSP is runnin friday and saturday.....basicly clate isnt gonna be doing much r/c racing anymore since he has gone full size.....I am going back to mainly offroad with the ocassional touring car run..so this weekend AVL on saturday and me and Patrick are planning on riding up to 17A for some offroad on sunday.....(if the NT isn't sold this weekend)
