I'm looking for a 1/43 Ford Taurus NASCAR between the years 1995 - 2000.
"Beater" with good glass and tires preferable. I'd like a beater because I hate to "ruin" a good one. I want to make "THE MILLER CAR THAT NEVER WAS" out of it. So any car number is acceptable.

Between the years stated, Miller made a beer called "Red Label." One of the best beers I've ever drank. Naturally they discontinued it. I always thought it would have made a "bad to the bone" looking NASCAR. I now have the capability to make the car I invisioned in a Miller buzz on evening :freak: . 1/43 is what I want to use. But as life and fate would have it I can't find a 1/43 NASCAR anywhere I've looked much less '95 - '00. Wally World, KB, K-Mart all three have nadda. There isn't even that many up on epay and of course they are all in "mint" shape.

I'm just putting out the word. Mean while the search goes on.

Don't care as long as its a pretty faithful reproduction of a FORD during those years. And a 1/43. I'll be completely stripping the body anyway. I'm leaning towards the 99-00 Taurus 'cuase I like the lines....And as I look; that is what I printed on the decal sheet. If you want one its your choice as to yours, T-bird or Taurus. I'll have to print some more decals anyway.

I couldn't make the flea market this week-end as I spent the WHOLE week-end flagging an MX race. That's just about more motorcycle racing than a non-fan can stand. The pay was good, your right in the middle of the action and if things work out I might get some art jobs from it.

Thanks for your response. Like I said on the custom board, "I'm starting to feel like its an itch that I can't scratch." I even went to TARGET and they didn't have any 1/43 NASCARs Don't know what's going on.

Feel free to check out some of my work on the custom board.

Thanks Dave,
Sent an e-mail tieing up loose ends. Looking forward to getting the cars and seeing my "Miller buzz" come to life.
Best Regards
